Directions for use
Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Cautions and Warnings

Contraindications
Do not use this product if you are taking anticancer, antidepressant, anxiolytic, cardiovascular, contraceptive medications, blood thinners, anti-HIV agents and/or immunosuppressive medications.
Known Adverse Effect
When using this product, you may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, restlessness, and/or headaches. Stop use and ask a healthcare practitioner if you experience muscle rigidity or contractions, tremors, agitation/confusion, increased heart rate, or hypersensitivity/allergy.
