Domestic Shipping Policy
Free shipping applies to minimum orders of $59.99 or more before tax within Canada (ON, Quebec, BC, PEI, Nova, Alberta), see more details in the following table for processing time and costs.
Free shipping is automatically calculated during checkout. Please choose the right option for shipping while checking out.
For any order(s) below the subtotal of $ 59.99 (before tax), there is a shipping fee of $8 for each parcel (some exceptions apply).
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed either on the same day or before 5 pm the next day. Or a maximum within 3-5 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
All orders should arrive within 1-15* business days anywhere in Canada after processing is done.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (like Sale days or holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If you don’t receive your order(s) more than 15 days, please contact the store for follow-up.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Return policy
We accept returns of most products in original condition (unopened, unused) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/final sale are not within our return guidelines. Items are considered final sale after 30 days.
Upon receiving your return, our returns team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in original and resalable condition before approving and issuing a refund. Restocking fees may be deducted from your refund, or a partial refund issued, if items are determined to not be in their original and resalable condition.
Refunds will not be issued proactively while a return is in transit back to our warehouse location, under any circumstances. If approved, refunds will be processed by our returns team, back to the mode of payment used at time of purchase.
